Everyone was very polite and friendly. Everyone listened to me. I felt able to admit to and discuss all my stupid failings and lack of will power.

It's difficult to think of any improvement that wouldn't obviously be much too much to expect.

I like how much [name removed] involves me in the conversations as much as my mum. Also how relaxed and calm she makes me feel.

Not very good but AMAZING. My mum has been so looked after with kindness and respect until she passed away. All the District Nursing staff are to be congratulated and thanked for their amazing care at all hours of the day and night . Thank you from the bottom of my heart .

[name removed] was really lovely and supportive. I felt listened to and not at all rushed. She was very compassionate and talked me through my options. Being able to have the appointment at home over the phone was also really handy.
